The association is constituted with a 07 Member Executive Committee and a General Body comprising all registered members. The Alumni Association of Swa. Gulab Bai Smriti Shiksha Mahavidyalaya, Borawan, actively supports student development.

Activities and contributions of the alumni association
- Organize alumni meets every academic year and other events.
- Contribute via guest lectures, resource persons, visiting faculty, etc.
- Participate in seminars, conferences, and symposiums organized by the college.
- Assist with placement opportunities — on-campus and off-campus drives.
- Maintain regular interaction with the Principal, management, and staff for college development.
- Some alumni members also serve as representatives on IQAC committees.
